The Eagle, September 20, 2009Members of College Station school district's bands traveled to West Texas A&M University this summer for band camp.Student musicians in seventh through 12th grade learned jazz, rhythm reading, music theory, drum majoring, conducting, twirling, double reed making, marching band and flag, along with brass, woodwind and percussion.Students also enjoyed bowling, racquetball, swimming, pool and table tennis.
