Elaine Truitt resided in Crane, Texas with her husband, James Truitt, before joining the CSISD family. Elaine is a graduate of West Texas A&M as a Clarinet Specialist, but has experience on all woodwind instruments, primarily bassoon and saxophone.  She will be joining the district as Band Director of Oakwood Intermediate, but will be assisting at the middle school and high school levels as well.
