If you are interested in becoming an officer in the Band Boosters, please see the job descriptions below. Nominations are taken at the March Booster meeting, with elections being held in April. The new officers take office at the May Booster Meeting.

President: shall preside over all meetings of the Organization and of the Executive Board and appoint committees and committee chairpersons. The President shall sign and execute in the name of the Organization all contracts or other instruments authorized by the Executive Board, except in cases where the Executive Board expressly delegates its execution to some other office or agent of the Organization; and shall perform all duties incident to the office of President, and other such duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to the President by the Executive Board.
Vice President: shall preside over meetings of the Organization and of the Executive Board in the absence of the President. The Vice-President shall serve as chairperson of the May Band Banquet and shall perform all duties incident to the office of the Vice President and other such duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to the Vice President by the Executive Board or the President.
Secretary: shall keep minutes of all meetings of the Organization and Executive Board. Copies of any written reports given at meetings of the Organization and the Executive Board will be filed with the minutes of that meeting. These minutes should be kept on file in the principal's or superintendent's office. The Secretary shall perform all duties incident to the office of Secretary, and other such duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to the Secretary by the Executive Board or the President.
Treasurer: shall have charge of all funds and securities of the Organization; shall receive and give receipt for monies due and payable to the Organization from any source whatsoever, shall deposit all funds in the name of the Organization; shall expend funds by check; shall render a written financial report at all regular meetings of the Executive Board and a full written financial report at the general membership meeting of the Organization; shall serve as ex-officio member of the Finance Committee and in general perform all the duties incident to the office of Treasurer and other such duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to the Treasurer by the Executive Board or the President.
Reporter: shall prepare and distribute notice of the Organization's meetings; shall be responsible for editing and mailing the Organization's newsletter regarding activities of the Organization and the Band. The Reporter shall submit articles to the local newspapers and magazines; contact the local TV and radio stations concerning public service announcements for the Band programs and fund raising projects of the Organization; and perform all duties incident to the office of Reporter and other such duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to the reporter by the Executive Board or the President.
