Band Student Assessment Fees

This fee is required of all students participating in the Band Program.

This fee covers band Tshirt and shorts, refreshments at games, band banquet ticket, and technicians and supplies for the band program.

Students not paying this fee will be placed on the school fines list for the 2012 school year, and will not be able to check out in May, or attend end of year functions until this is paid.



We are hoping that by accepting credit/debit cards via PayPal, we are giving you more options for making payments.  However, PayPal charges a fee and that fee, unfortunately, needs to be passed on to you, as the booster organization can not afford to absorb this cost.

  • The fee is 2.9% + .30 cents per transaction.
  • The .30 will show up as a "Shipping Fee".
  • The 2.9% is set in the "Tax" field.


  • Clicking the following buttons will open a Secure PayPal "Shopping Cart".  From there, you can add more items or continue the payment process.

  • The AMCHS Band Boosters will not have access to your credit/debit card information.
  • You do not need a PayPal Account to pay with your credit/debit card.
  • Once your payment is completed, an email will be sent from PayPal to our Student Accounts Treasurer.  Please include your phone number in the space provided on the payment page, in case the treasurer has any questions.
